Fat burners may be fatal! The FDA has announced that 14 Hydroxycut products are being voluntarily recalled by supplement company. The recall comes after 23 reports of serious liver damage, as a result of product use were filed. The damage ranged from jaundice of the liver, to death, and a liver transplant in one of the cases. The recalled products include the following:

Hydroxycut Caffeine-Free Rapid Release Caplets

Well, the time has come again for people across America to start firing up their grills. If you can’t wait to get back to the barbecue the following grilling tips will be of great use to you:
Always preheat your grill.
Clean your grill between uses.
Grill chicken with the bone in so it doesn’t dry out.
Grill chicken at least 6 inches above your heat source.
Grill beef at least 4 inches above your heat source.
To keep meat from sticking lightly coat your grilling rack with cooking oil.
