Even The Hills star Lauren Conrad wore and showcased a tiered top at the launch of her new clothing line party at Bloomingdales.

She is setting a trend that will allow her to capitalize on her new line .  Celebrities have an unfair advantage in terms of launching their fashion lines.  All tehy have to do is wear the stuff they design and it is sure to get on every celeb blog or celeb magazine in no time.  Meanwhile, non celebrity designers put together quality stuff only to struggle to ahve it make it to market (and even then struggle to succeed in making any money)
