Great Grilling Tips for Summer

1086988_barbecueWell, the time has come again for people across America to start firing up their grills. If you can’t wait to get back to the barbecue the following grilling tips will be of great use to you:

Always preheat your grill.

Clean your grill between uses.

Grill chicken with the bone in so it doesn’t dry out.

Grill chicken at least 6 inches above your heat source.

Grill beef at least 4 inches above your heat source.

To keep meat from sticking lightly coat your grilling rack with cooking oil.
