The best skinny jean to wear under boots is the ever-so popular J Brand Pencil Fit cut (style 912). They hug your leg brilliantly, while allowing for mobilization due to their stretchy material. Comes in many washes, but the dark blue “Ink” is one of the most popular. If you don’t feel like wearing them with boots, no problem… With a 34’’ inseam, great to scrunch over a high pair of hot stilettos. 8’’ rise. Find them at most department stores. ($160-$189)
